Generative AI (GenA), as an emerging technology, is quickly becoming an integral part of various industries and everyday activities in the digital world. In education, we need to recognize the potential of GenAI as a tool to enhance teaching and learning, but also be critical of the emerging ethical considerations inside and outside the classroom. This workshop aims to frame reflection and discussions about the implications of this emerging technology for teachers and learners. Participants who are not very familiar with these technologies will have the opportunity to explore and engage in various use cases as material for their reflection.
