Are there workshops offered in Flex/Hybrid/HyFlex Mode?

Our workshops are strictly online or onsite only.

How do I know if my registration was successful?

After you submit the registration form, you will receive a confirmation email from us.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment through bank deposit, online transfer, or credit card. Details of our payment channels will be provided in the confirmation email.

Can I get a refund if I am unable to attend the workshop after registering?

Refunds are only available if requested at least one week before the workshop date. Otherwise, we will not be able to process a refund.

Can I transfer my registration to someone else?

Yes, you can transfer your registration to another person. Please inform us at least one week before the workshop date, so we can update our records accordingly.

How many workshops can I attend?

You can attend as many workshops as you want, as long as they do not overlap in schedule.

Can I attend the workshops online?

Yes, some of the workshops will be available online. Please check the workshop schedule for more information.
