This workshop will explore how classroom-based action research can be used to innovate and improve teaching and learning practices. Participants will learn strategies for conducting research within their own classrooms and implementing evidence-based changes to enhance student outcomes. At the end of the workshop, the participants are expected to design their own classroom-based action research plan.

At the end of the workshop, the participants should be able to:
Provide a functional understanding of classroom-based action research principles, methodologies, and their application in educational contexts
Explain measures to collect, analyze, and interpret data from classroom-based action research to inform instructional decision-making
Construct an idea map of a proposed classroom-based action research project to address a specific teaching and learning challenge
Build a collaborative community of practice for sharing and reflecting on action research findings to improve teaching and learning
