Projects are a common way to bring the real world into the classroom. How can we make them even more meaningful and impactful? Project-Based Learning (PBL) offers us ways to turn projects into sustained journeys of inquiry that purposefully develop 21st century skills. In this workshop, you will learn about processes and tools that can help you design tasks more deliberately, provide strategic scaffolding, and increase student engagement and agency. With this framework, a project isn’t just an assignment, but an integral and exciting part of the learning process.
