At the end of the workshop, the participants will be able to:
To describe the infodemic, its effects, and why media and information literacy is essential.
To name and give examples of our vulnerabilities to the infodemic and the types of critical thinking needed to address these.
To practice information literacy skills (including AI literacy) for practical fact-checking.
To present concrete examples of Media and Information Literacy in one’s teaching assignment.
